These terms govern your use of the agen-x website. By using this site, you agree to them. The product — the paid plans — is governed by the terms and the data-processing agreement you accept in the product app.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to send spam or malicious content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Plans and prices
Plans, prices, allowances, and meters are shared on request and are not published on this site; a quote describes the plans available at its own date, and the product terms you accept in the product app control if they conflict with anything here. Plans are month-to-month. Security artifacts described on this site (the architecture doc, scan report, disclosure policy, DPA) are provided on request and describe the platform as of their own dates.
Intellectual property
The agen-x name, logo, content, and design are owned by agen-x and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view this site for your own evaluation. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Forward-looking statements about roadmap and capabilities describe our current intent, not a guarantee. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, agen-x is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
