agen-x is privacy-first by design. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run this site and respond to the requests you make through it — nothing more.
Information we collect
We collect only two categories of data. First, aggregate, anonymous usage counts from our analytics (see below). Second, the details you voluntarily submit through a form on this site — such as a sandbox or security-call request, a partner inquiry, a guide download, or a newsletter signup. That typically includes your work email, company, role, and the context you choose to share. We do not buy or enrich personal data from third parties.
Analytics & cookies
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami). It sets no cookies and stores no personally identifying information — only aggregate page and event counts. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is collected for analytics, no tracking-consent banner is required. Forms may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to you, set up the sandbox or call you asked for, provide the service you requested, and improve the site. The product itself (the trial and paid plans) is governed by its own terms and DPA. We use aggregate analytics to understand which content is useful. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, form processing, email, and infrastructure), under contracts that limit them to that purpose, or where required by law. If agen-x is involved in a merger or acquisition, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete it. We protect data in transit and at rest and limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but governance and least-privilege access are core to how we build.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information you submitted, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that message.
